To get to your admin section all you have to do is click on your name up next to logout after you have logged in. That will link you to your admin section. You will then see post on the nav menu as well as all the posts you have made.

Now that you are posting you need to either select public or private from the privacy dropdown menu. Selected public will allow all to see your posts where private will only allow you.
